For children and adults in hospitals Garden in Transit serves as creative therapy. People of all ages and medical and physical conditions have the opportunity to participate with family members, visitors, medical staff, and hospital and project volunteers. Using special brushes and utilizing painting methods developed by Portraits of Hope, children in hospitals are able to make their mark on New York City.
